Problem reading help messages

It is my first time on ebay and I want to sell an accordion. I have a lot of questions and I tried to use the ebay help. However even though they answered me by email, I could not open the link of the answer. I have tried with Safari and Chrome. Can somebody help?

Thanks. Yes I think I am going to have a lot of questions! 

Right now I have problems doing the listing:

When I created my first entry the quick listing tool opened up automatically. This was useful as it is my first time here. At one point, I saved what I wrote. When I tried to resume, the business listing tool opened up automatically. I tried to get back to the quick tool but all the entries I made were lost. How can I fix that? Thank you!

So you have a Draft now? But it is not as you left it when you saved it? 🤔

Yes I have problems when saving the draft. What I will do for now is to leave the page open until I complete the listing. In case you sold an accordion before, would it be possible to ask your help in answering some specific questions in the listing?

FWIW- The business tool is much clearer about what you are doing and has more options.

For example, the quick tool tries to default you into Auctions, which are less than 15% of listings because buyers don't like them  because they take too long and after several days, the bidder is sniped at the last second, and sellers don't like them because there are more Unpaid auctions than Fixed Price listings.
