Problem of not receiving the security code on my phone number

Hello, I have a buying account and a selling account on eBay and now I am suffering from a big problem on my selling account on eBay. I am a seller on eBay and I have a problem for four days and I am very worried about my account. For a while, I have activated two-step verification using a phone number on my account. But when I tried to log in to my account, I could not get the security code on my phone number by message, so I could not log in to my account. So I contacted the eBay support team by email and they told me that I should go to the SMS service provider in my country. I did that. I went to the SMS service provider in my country and made a great effort to solve the problem, but the problem was not solved by the SMS service provider in my country, so I decided to deal with another SMS service provider in my country and I got a phone number from another SMS service provider in my country. Also I tried to contact the eBay support team by email again but the eBay support team does not respond to me maybe because I contacted the eBay support team by email more than once because I was very worried about my account now the eBay support team does not respond to the messages I send them by email and also I am not good in English to communicate with eBay by phone so please can you help me with that now I cannot respond to customers or ship products to my second account on eBay
Also eBay does not provide a service to call a phone number to provide you with the security code like Payoneer because the security code via messages does not reach my number due to a problem with the SMS service provider in my country. I can provide eBay with any information it wants such as personal ID or communication via live video or any information it wants I am really very sad because of this problem.
What is your advice to me to solve this problem as soon as possible Thank you very much

What country are you in?

Your profile says you are in the United States so Payoneer should not be involved with your eBay account.

Hi I opened this account to communicate with the eBay community to try to solve the problem because I cannot log in to my second account because the security code was not sent to my phone number and I did not add my address and now I have added my address Thanks for the reply.

Where are you physically located? You still haven't answered me what country are you are in. I need to know that so I can give you the right link.

If you are located in Jordan, as your ID indicates, you need to register with Payoneer that you are a Jordanian citizen.  We do not use Payoneer here in the US.  You can't state you are in another country which may be why your account isn't being approved.

I think they must have just changed it to Jordan, because that's what I see.

At the top of most pages on eBay you will see a help and contact link. Click on that and scroll to the bottom of the page. You might have to click on a few other links but if you get to the chat function, type in Agent and hopefully they will connect you to a real person.

I don't think that it is possible to change the country on your profile.

@jamissael-0 Are you able to access Facebook here in the US? If so, there are some good eBay customer service reps on their Facebook page, and on eBay’s X page (formerly Twitter) as well. Send them a brief private message with the basic facts of what you need. See if they respond.

I did that and they told me that I can contact them by phone or email but I don't speak English well so I can't explain the problem through the phone number.. Also the eBay support team doesn't respond to my email maybe because I sent them more than once because I was worried about my account. Can I contact the eBay support team through this account and explain to them the problem about my second account ?

You can try that (using this account but telling them about the problem with the other account).  You still haven't confirmed to us if you're in Jordan or another country.  The process for setting up your account will be somewhat country specific, so it matters. Also, do you know for sure your phone is capable of receiving SMS text messages, not just some other form of messaging?

I am currently in Jordan and also I tried to add my phone number in my second account to this account but the number is not receiving messages to confirm the number due to a problem in the SMS service provider. For this reason I added another number from another SMS service provider to this account I really can't believe this problem since 5 days and I can't solve the problem. I will try to contact them from this account and explain the problem Thank you very much for the response I really appreciate it
