Problem in return/replace multi items in one order

When buy 2 or 3 items in one order, if buyer return 1 (not all 2 or 3) item in that order, ebay would remove that order to "cancel & return" and included all items in that order like only one. Later, when buyer want to return/replace another item in that same order, there would be no way to find or reach to the remain items in that order to setup another return/replace. It prevents the buyer from the right or way to claim other individual item in the order and buyer have to calls ebay to resolve.

Traditionally, if a buyer makes a claim on ONE item (either missing or damaged) in a combined order for which they made one payment, the seller is on the hook for the whole amount of the order.  eBay will not "split up" a combined order for only one of the items. 

As usual, it won't matter what gets returned, you will be refunding.
