Legitimate drop-shipping from a regular wholesale supplier is allowed. I don’t recommend doing it , but many users employ this method of selling.

However, “retail arbitrage” is not traditional drop-shipping and is not allowed. Why does this cj dropshipper make it easy to violate eBay rules? Because it is lucrative, and they don’t care if someone gets banned from selling on eBay for life. They will still collect the money made prior to the eBay seller getting caught and removed.

BOTH MY PAYONEER IS APPROVED AND LINKED WITH EBAY BUT WHEN I DO A LOCAL LISTING FROM EBAY
IT IS SUCCESSFUL BUT WHILE LISTING FROM CJ IT SHOWS THIS ERROR. PLS TELL SOLUTION

Don't know for sure but I just read on dropshipping.com about CJ's Dropshipping and I think using them could be the problem due to the fact they are a fulfillment service, however they don't ship to your customer (buyer) from their warehouse. They don't have a warehouse. Their suppliers are from all over and they coordinate the sale and shipping for you, which means the item location is not a sure thing. Something to think about.
