I looked at three of your listings. None of the three have any description at all other than a repeat of the title for the most part. Are you saying you are not able to add anything else?
Perhaps you should rethink the LONG Terms of Service section (TOS) and put more effort into describing your product (instead of just repeating the title). The TOS section is in a html type format. When making your listing, your description should be in the same format for it to show up appropriately. The error message may be due to a conflict of the formats employed.
