I rarely sell internationally, and just today sold a jacket to a guy in Switzerland. I got to the page that asked about the item being sent (I thought it was a customs form) and filled it out. I then went to the label page and printed it out. I thought I needed to attach a custom form to the package, but I don't see anywhere to do that. Help!!!!!!

When you print a label online the customs info is usually right on the label. You don't see it on the label itself?

Oh, I think maybe it is going thru Ebay International Shipping. I never ship internationally, so I don't know what the heck I am doing. The label says "E International Delivery, City of Industry CA". --- Further down on the label it reads Ebay International Delivery Asendia La Poste & Swiss Post. All foreign to me.

When you ship using eBay's International Shipping Service you don't need a customs form and you won't see one as part of the label because you are only shipping to a US address. eBay's shipping service will get the customs information they need from your listing and THEY will arrange the customs clearance in the destination country.

As Slippin said, EIS does NOT give you a Customs form to fill out, since you are shipping domestically.
However, IDK about Ebay International Standard Delivery which is a different program. I believe you ship directly with that program, but I'm not sure b/c I've never used it.
