Printed two shipping labels for one product.

I had a glitch and went to buy and print a shipping label and nothing happened. went to reprint but hit purchase again. 

How do I ask for a refund on first shipping label?

If the label is USPS, you can go to Shipping Labels, select the one you want to cancel, there should be an option in the drop down menu to “void label”. It takes a week or 2 but you will get a refund for the unused label.  Make sure you cancel the correct one, not the one you used.  With FedEx labels, if the label is never used you won’t be charged.  Don’t know about UPS as I never use them.

You can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

If the label was for FedEx or UPS, you don't need to void it.
