You cannot do that. EBAY makes that decision based on country. Because you are located in USA...when you view items it will show US dollars. I see you ship worldwide so when customer's in another countries view your items (it will show money that is used in their country).

If you're selling, the currency is determined by the eBay website that you are logged in to when you create the listing. eBay USA, www.ebay.com, uses US$. eBay Canada, www.ebay.ca, uses CAN$ and eBay Australia, www.ebay.com.au uses AU$. Any eBay website in Europe (based in a country that uses the Euro) will be in Euros. So choose the website for the currency you want to sell in.
If you're buying, then when you search on eBay USA the pricing for most of the listings will be in US$, or will be converted to US$.
