Up until about a week ago, the listing flow would give me a price recommendation for the item I am listing. The price recommendation is no longer showing up. Does anyone know how to fix this? It was very helpful for competitive pricing for me. Thank you!

you can try to contact ebay. some have said they answer faster on facebook if you have it. depending on what it is, do a no reserve auction. let the market decide what its worth. I would not recommend looking at the 'sold' listings because i know for a fact it lists items that have not even had money exchanged before its marked sold and i dont believe it takes away 'sold' listings that were later issued refunds.

It’s been doing this since April 30th from what I’ve noticed. eBay customer service was almost completely useless. They would only say the app is under development. Wouldn’t acknowledge that this is probably something they’ve done on purpose. And seemed very uninterested in notating it or fixing it. There are only a few threads in the forums about this topic.
From what I can tell people whom sell (and have commented on this) are polar opposite on the usefulness of this feature. Those selling higher priced lower volume items don’t care for the feature and often ridicule the use of it altogether. On the reverse, those who sell high volume low profit (sports cards, movies etcetera) depend on the tool heavily. I fall into the second category myself. I don’t want to know the price per say, because the lowest I’ll go is higher than most available. I want to know if I’m scanning something that is rare and should be looked at closer. The time difference between having or not having the recently sold while listing weighs heavily on my hobby.
