Potential problematic buyer

I had an auction for one lot of assorted toy figures and initially the auction already had 1 bidder (whom has purchased from me before with no issues). A few days into the auction another person contacted me regarding just wanting 1 item out of the lot and asked me to sell them just the 1  figure. I respectfully declined citing there is already a bidder, if they wanted the item they would have to bid to win the whole lot. Person then asked me to send them more pics of the 1 item but I was abroad so told them to refer to the close ups in the listing. They went ahead to bid then continued to message me for close ups when I said I was overseas, and could only send them new pics when I am back, by then which the auction would have closed. I offered them the advice to retract their bid if they were unsatisfied with the existing listing photos. They didn't, and they won the auction.

Fast forward to today, they messaged me again for new pics. I was able to provide since I just got back from my trip. However I have a feeling they might not make payment. It is clearly described in my listing that it was for one lot of used items with shelve wear. I know on hindsight when I felt that the account could be problematic I should have added the username to my BBL.

TL: DR

Had an auction where a potentially problematic buyer bid and kept asking for more pics. Told them to refer to listing pics (has zoom) and if they were not satisfied, to retract their bid as I was out of town and can't send more pics until I'm back. They didn't and won auction, haven't made payment after new pics were PM-ed to them when I got back from my trip.

If there's no payment in after 48h should I proceed to cancel their order then send a second chance offer to the second highest bidder?
