Posting to other platform

Hello and thank you in advance for any assistance on the topic.

How can we get our postings (new listings) Automatically/Simultaneously to post to both FaceBook and Twitter as we are creating the listing in eBay? When I add a new listing I have to add them to both FaceBook and Twitter myself, the process is simply but I am looking for a way to fully automate that step, it would save much time.
