Possible Scam..?

Two buyers offered to purchase my paintings a few hours after I listed them. They are two different accounts in Lancaster Great Britain, who each made me an offer with the request to email or text them to discuss payment. They gave me their email and phone numbers. One of them says that he wants me to ship the paintings to his siblings in Florida and that he cannot pay through eBay because he doesn’t know how and that he would rather just send me the money on PayPal. I’m alarmed because right after that conversation I got another offer from another person in Great Britain who approached me the SAME EXACT WAY the other one did. I’m not sure what to do. Is this a scam??

Scam, ignore, DO NOT REPLY.

They are after your contact information so that they can "legitimately" buy on eBay and then send you a fake payment notice and hope you will ship. Or a few other variations of the same scam that all have the same result (no money, no item).

Possible Scam..?

Criminals pick on new sellers with this scam, they will ask to add gift cards too and pay extra. Sending a fake PayPal notice, SHIP NOW and some sellers do.

Yes, it  is a scam.  The scammers seem to be out in force today - maybe warming up for the weekend.

DO NOT give them your e-mail or phone number!

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous
