Poor sales & refunds!

It's bad enough sales are poor this month now, I had to refund over $60 for, supposedly, lost items.  The worst part is these items were unique & hard to find.  A USSR diecast taxi & a Summit Series button.  Lost items in the postal system come with the territory but, prefer if it was cheap **bleep** that got lost!  lol   Good luck to all.    🙂

You may want to look into that a little more closely. How many items do you have that generally end up lost?
