Plz Help! I screwed up! Pre orders and Global shipping program! 🤦🏼‍♀️

First off I should have read the Full eBay policy before listing any pre Order items! I really did not think this through! Ok so I listed a few preorder items for sale some had an expected July ship date (but I still have t recurved them) but some of the items were not expected to ship until September. And I didn’t even think about turning off the Global shipping program that I use to ship most of the regular vintage stuff I sell. My question is will my Shipping label to the global shipping program even still work in September? Or wil I just get stuck paying the full shipping cost out if the country instead of only paying to ship it to ebays shipping center in Kentucky? After realising this factor I researched pre orders further and figured out eBay only allows preorders that ship within 30 days if the auction ending. I’m just curious as to how others that list preorders manage to work around this. I’m not listing any more preorders I think it will o my turn out to be more of a headache for me than it’s worth! I will probably only lose money on the few orders already placed! I’m just trying to figure out how to handle the mess I’ve crested with these orders that were already placed. I have 3 orders that need to be shipped out if the country to various places Via the global shipping program! What do i do? Will my reference number on the labels still get he items where they are going in September ? October? I hate to let the buyers down and cancel their orders! I was just going to get their actual address and pay to ship it to them. Any help is greatly appreciated

You shouldn't be printing labels for pre-sale stuff???

Your handling time should be 30 days for pre-sale listings --- that is the max that ebay allows for listing pre-sale items … and you print your labels and ship at that 30 days (or less) when the stock comes in and you are able to ship.

No -- those labels are not going to be any good 😞  And you are going to have to cancel the orders for stuff that you wont have until September/October -- take those listings down and don't restart them until you are 30 days or less from your ship date.

Ok! That’s what I was afraid of! I am just going to steer totally clear of presale items from here on out! I think it could get really stressful! Thank you so much for your help!
