I listed an item "buy it now". It sold a few hours later. I packed and shipped it and tracking shows it was delivered to the buyer...
Three weeks later the buyer left negative feedback with comment, ......."It was a mess experience had to contact seller to get my US DOLLARS".
I am clueless as to what happened here. The buyer never contacted me. Or did I receive any notification from eBay or PayPal about a refund. What he wrote was a complete flat out lie.
I tried messeging the buyer twice with no response. I tried to get eBay to remove the negative feedback and they would not. The buyer didn't respond to the revise feedback email and change it.
Couldn't somebody from eBay customer service simply go in my account and see proof the buyer lying?
Is there anything I can do to get my 100% positive feedback back?

I would also keep calling back - it should be pretty obvious to any CS agent that if there was never a return case opened on this transaction, then the buyer has left this for the wrong seller.

I would try calling eBay back and talking to someone else. This feedback should be removed if someone would just take the few minutes to investigate your claim.
