I listed some playing cards with this title about 17 days ago:
"Playing Cards Nude Art Photography Bellocq Steichen Weegee New Orleans Museum"
I used the least explicit examples I could find to show in the listing. After about a day, I noticed on my store page that the listing shows a blank main photo with the "Adult only item - Requires verification" notation under it.
I've also tried searching for this item (from another eBay ID) using search terms like "playing cards nude" and I get about 75 results but my listing does not appear. Many of the listings that DO appear are more explicit than mine.
About a week ago, I revised the listing again, this time to choose even more chaste photos. Here is the item:

Any ideas on how to get the "Adult only item - Requires verification" block removed? And what verification is eBay referring to?
Also, how can I get the item to appear in search results?
Thanks in advance.

Removing "Nude" from your title and from the item specific "Subject" will return your item to search.
Verification is merely being signed in to be able to click on the hidden listing to view it.

I agree with @pennpicker . Try a more "chaste" title and IS.

OK, thanks for the advice. I just made the revisions.

Hi again. Forgot one final step as it was earlier this year when I had the same issue with one of my listings.
You need to end your listing and relist it using sell similar. I just did so now with your listing to be certain it will be both visible and searchable.

Thanks, @pennpicker -- Your $1,000 test listing will certainly make mine look low-priced!
I just ended and sold similar. Hopefully it will show up in search in a few hours.
