I tried to purchase a PROTECTION PLAN from SQUARE DEALS on Aug 12, 2021, to date I've sent them five notices of not receiving their warranty papers and as of today, I have not heard a word from them. (Sept. 20, 2021) Over a month later, I believe I should have at least received some contact with them. They put down a fake Tracking Number if you click on the Tracking Package; it comes up Tracking Provided, but the next step In Transit shows they did not put it In Transit, it just stopped at Tracking Provided. I would really like to give out the tracking number to show you what has been happening, but it gives out too much of my information, SORRY. I think eBay should have so say-so over the business they are supposedly overseeing. It sure looks like SQUARE DEALS and eBay are working hand in hand. All I can get from eBay is, well, you can contact the seller. If it were any other seller, they would step in to take care of the wrongdoings of that business and they would watch out for the buyer in cases of fraud such as this. But I believe there is a gentleman's agreement that we won't touch you if you give us a pat on the back. If you haven't looked at it, you'll see that SQUARE DEALS feedback is only 86.4%. I would never have purchased their plan if I had seen that low feedback. I wouldn't purchase from an eBay seller with that low of a score but seeing as how eBay says they'll back all sales, except those that they are in bed with them, but all sales. I was not very concerned about it at first because I knew eBay had my back. eBay as you read this I hope you will consider Barring SQUARE DEALS from eBay. Let's see if you have some BALLS!! Thank you, eBay for letting me tell others the truth and letting me blow off a little steam.
