Please I’m new to selling on eBay. I almost got scammed a couple of times already.

@chekwaisaia-0   I can't read what your buyer is saying is the reason they can't check out.  Tell them to try again later, sometimes the checkout system does glitch.  

If they still do not pay then you will have to file an unpaid item case:

You can file an unpaid item case as soon as 48 hours after sale. You have 32 days from date of sale to file the case to get your sellers fees back and give the non payer a strike on their account.

Return to the case after at least 96 hours and select request fee credit> buyer has not paid

Add the buyer to your blocked bidder list

Scammers think they have a little more class about them and go after art work now. Please be careful about any text messages and don't reply outside of ebay, follow comics advice and proceeds with caution! (actually been to your town, lots of history in your area!)

@chekwaisaia-0   That does appear to be a glitch since they are not texting you and asking you for your Paypal email address etc..

Even if this is due to a glitch do NOT give out your email address.

The only other thing I can suggest for your buyer besides waiting and trying again later is to suggest they try checking out from the Canada site  https://www.ebay.ca/
