Hi everyone! I know this topic is redundant, but I was wondering if i could get input.
I had a dress sell in an auction and I received a message that the dreas was damaged. I always double triple check my items when I buy, post, and send. I asked for pictures, and I put them sided by side in a collage of the original one I sent out and posted. The dress has clearly been damaged with a cut and there is a makeup stain on the neck. What would your next step be?

eBay doesn't care about photos and won't accept them as proof of anything. They will just say it's impossible for them to know what the condition was originally, so it's your word against the buyer's -- and eBay always sides with the buyer.
Best thing to do is tell the buyer to return for a full refund. Don't issue or offer to issue a partial refund as that may be what the buyer is fishing for. When you get the item back, refund the purchase. In the meantime, add the buyer to your BBL so at least you won't have to deal with them again.
