Photos Not Uploading

About 4 days ago, all of a sudden, photos quit loading. There was no change to file size and nothing I have tried to do to fix it seems to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Things I have attempted:

- Tried loading old photos that worked from previous listings

- Tried on multiple browsers: Google, Firefox, Opera.

- Updated and restarted computer

- Cleared cookies

Nothing seems to work. Is this happening to anyone else?
