couple of weeks ago my account was restricted and funds were placed on hold and all my listings were taken down. I was asked to provide receipts and invoices for all the items that I had multiple quantity listings. I uploaded the receipts for a few of them. I got a response from eBay asking me to provide invoice for a specific item which I did. They respond back asking to provide invoice for another item. I did that as well. But later I get an email saying my account was permanently restricted and reasons cannot be shared.
Contacted customer support and they said my business selling practices were inconsistent with eBay’s expectations. They failed to provide any more details as to which selling practice was inconsistent.
Would like to know some insight as to why my account was restricted.
