Hello.
I recently decided to stop selling on eBay due to constant problems with Mexican postal service. Shipments were delayed a lot to be delivered and a lot parcels were lost, so I started to received a lot of claims and eBay cases.
That situation occasioned that my Paypal account went to negative balance.
Now I received a new claim on eBay (another lost parcel). I tried to add funds to my paypal account with negative balance of $ 26.16 using my credit card, and I see that paypal took about $ 25.24 dollars from it (this is the amount of payment I want to refund), however I still can't refund the payment, on eBay I still see the case open.
My negative balance is now $ 0.92 , what happened to the rest of my negative balance ?? I would be charged twice for this refund or what?, because paypal already took $ 25.24 and the buyer is still waiting for $ 25.24.
On paypal the payment is no longer "on held", but the eBay case is still open. I don't understand well the purpose of adding funds to solve negative balance on Paypal, if you can't use these funds to make refunds.
Due to I can't make the refund, eBay is going to close the case and I will be charged again $ 25.24 , increasing my negative balance on paypal again.
I need some advice please.
