Payout on Hold, update needed

What is up with all the "Payout on Hold" messages.  This has been going on for two weeks now.  My account has been verified for years! Is anyone else having issues with eBay holding their payouts and asking for verification every other day?

If its a glich eBay needs to fix it fast and send me my money.

I'm not familiar with Managed Payment.   I've been getting payouts for months, then suddenly it stops.
