I am trying to reconcile my 2022 eBay records because I was in the hospital and sick for most of the first half of 2022. I went to my Payouts and when I clicked into one there were a lot of transactions of course. And if you wanted to you could click "View" to the right of the transaction for more details.
Well I was shocked! In this Payout there were several transactions each one saying:
"Payout ID: (number) :One time payment from you banks checking account. No explanation of what the money was from of used for. In one month there can be several of these. I called eBay and in 4 calls no one could tell me what this new "Payout ID: (number) One time payment from your checking account was. The amount was $69.41. I cannot reconcile my checking account unless I know what these transactions were for. One employee said the amount was for a sale and also a shipping charge. She refused to tell me where she found this information. I have literally spent the last 3 entire days trying to find the answer to this. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Do you have a store? EBAY will deduct money from your bank account if you don't have enough sales to cover monthly fee.
EBAY always sends you an email before they deduct money from your bank account. Perhaps, if you check emails from EBAY around that time period that will answer your question.

Okay...I think I got it. Follows instructions below to see all transactions where EBAY transferred out of your bank account.
Payments, Reports, Transaction Type (select ONLY transfer) and enter time period. This will show only transaction where money was transferred "out of your bank account" and reason why they took it.
