I would suggest that if you just can't bear to use MP then you at least make good on those 3 customers, if for no other reason than you won't be burning bridges by leaving a mess for eBay to clean up.
Probably the best thing for you if you just have to see your money before you ship is to take a booth at that group shop. You know the one? The one where when a customer brings one of your items to the counter to pay and the guy at the checkout stalls him/her while someone goes out the back door and drives the money over to you so the clerk can let the customer take your item? That one. ...No, not the other one, where you have to wait til the end of the month for your payout, less your next month's booth rent and commission.
