Received an e-mail a few days ago from PayPal that a payment I received for an auction ($20 total,) was "reversed" by the buyer's bank. This is from a buyer/seller with 350 or so positive feedbacks.
Have received ZERO communication directly from buyer via eBay, nor anything from eBay regarding a SNAD claim or other issue.
What gives??? How does one's bank "reverse" a PayPal payment??
What should I do next? PayPal said in the original (and only, thus far) e-mail that they were placing a hold for $20 on MY PayPal account until they could look into the matter further.
Thoughts???

It's usually because someone is questioning the validity of a charge that showed up on their cc bill. CC's are issued by banks. Could be something as simple as the buyer forgot they made the purchase to something more sinister like the person's cc number was stolen.
If you like, call PayPal and see of they'll tell you more though they probably will just tell you they are investigating the complaint and there is no more to tell at the mo.

@beerman_1001 Log in to your PayPal account, on the Summary Page there should be a banner noting a dispute. Open it and read the details ... you can also call PayPal then and ask what's going on ...
