Payment on hold even though the items have be deliver for over 24 hours now

Hello

I have sold 2 items on 17th October 2020 in which delivery was confirmed Monday 19th October and Tuesday 20th October respectively and I have uploaded tracking number and had used Hermes UK postage service. But for some reason it only shows that the item has been dispatched on Ebay and I have to wait until 24th October. But now whilst i was checking my sold items and have to wait till November 6th even though the items have been delivered!!? Does Ebay have an issue collecting postage information from Hermes UK  or has ebay made an error or something?

You are a new seller and there are rules you have to adhere too.  @donsdetour is absolutely correct and gave you some links you should have been familiar with.
