Payment holds

My payment is on hold until 3 days after the buyer gets the items. Is this normal? I have heard from some people that I should get payment right away.

Did you read about Payment Holds for New or Infrequent sellers?

It has zero to do with delivery or FB.

You should read about selling and payments and the eBay MBG for buyers.

New sellers, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

Ebay likes to make sure new sellers don't take the money and run. There's no real rhyme or reason how long they will continue to hold funds for though. I have been selling for 32 days now and still have them holding my funds from sales, 20 sales this month all have been performed as expected but still in limbo waiting for them to stop putting me in this loop of waiting. the worst part is once they release funds they do it late in the day, after they do payments to your account so they delay it yet another day after the "3 day after verified delivery" hold is placed. come on ebay, you're already placing fees on the sale, the shipping AND the taxes, some of my items i am losing 24% to fees on.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
