Payments as a new seller are held for 21 days after transaction date UNLESS you send the item trackable (with tracking number) and that item shows as delivered + 3 days then email paypal or call and they can release the funds sooner than 21 days.
Payment holds occur because of normal circumstances like:
PUT AN OR between them meaning if one of those is true then payment is on hold.
1. You have been selling on eBay for less than 90 days
2. You have an eBay feedback score fewer than 100 and have not yet established a record of good performance
3. You have received fewer than 20 Detatiled Seller Ratings on eBay in the last 12 months or your eBay seller performance is below standard
4. You have a high rate of customer disputes or a low eBay feedback percentage
5. You have been a PayPal member for less than 6 months and have limited selling activity
You have a sudden change in selling activities (e.g. suddenly selling expensive items, selling large numbers of items, etc.)
6. You happen to be selling in a high risk category such as tickets, travel, gift vouchers, computers, electronics, mobile phones, etc.
7. Pending case is still open in Paypal for that transaction
8. Funds are not yet available on paypal because of a transaction issue or type of payment (example e-cheque) - this will miss the option ship now under details on ebay and paypal.
