I just got an email from eBay telling me that my payment was on hold because they did not have my Tax ID. The have had my tax ID since October 0f 2022. I don't like airing problems on a public forum, but there does not seem to be a way to contact eBay, or at least no way I could find.
Ebay you put my payouts on hold for a bogus reason. End the hold please. You already had my tax ID, but I gave it to you again.

I’m sure eBay appreciated your cooperation but they won’t see your message here.
They are just looking for updates. I imagine they will be bugging me for something they already have as well. Redundant paperwork is all it is.

To reach a well-trained US-based customer service rep your best bet may be to contact them thru eBay’s social media platforms—Twitter or eBay Facebook for Business page. Send a private message with an outline of your issue. Best wishes to you, and hope your concerns get resolved to your benefit.
