Hi everyone,
None of the payments people made today showed up in PayPal. One that was done early in the night went through as well as all those from Sunday. But none that was done today showed up in the account. Anybody else having this issue?
Thanks,
Mike.

Your listings show that you've been converted to eBay's managed payments. You should have received several warnings from eBay about a deadline for signing up. Until you verify your identity and enter bank details, you will not see those payments.

@hato_mik Here is a link to eBay's Managed Payments, your account is now in that program. if you do not complete the registration you will not be able to sell on eBay. if you did complete the registration but not know what you were doing your money is being sent to your bank account. Log in to your online banking and see if you got paid by eBay ... it will take 2-4 days for them to send your bank the money and 1-3 days for your bank to put it in your account.

I completed the registration and got the message from eBay that I'm signed up for those Managed Payments. So you mean now the payments will go directly to the bank and it will take 3-6 days for the money to show in bank account? How are sellers supposed to ship anything now? What if payments don't go through?

This is one of the most frustrating misconceptions about Managed Payments, and has caused many sellers to unnecessarily rant against Ebay, when they have a knee-jerk reaction to the changes without researching and getting educated first.
It's very simple... when Ebay says to ship, you ship! That means that your PAYMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN FULLY SECURED. There is only about a two day delay for Ebay and their payment processor Adyen to actually process the payment thru to your bank account, if you've chosen daily deposits.
Do not delay shipping when Ebay tells you your item is awaiting shipment! There is no need to have your buyer wait for their item, either; they may understandably be very unhappy with you if you delay shipping.
Since joining MP about 1000 sales ago, I have had no hiccups in my payments going thru to my bank account (I chose my deposit to be once a week, so that my bank account statements aren't cluttered with a mass of daily Ebay deposits). It's been working perfectly for my business.
Be sure to educate yourself on Ebay's Managed Payments system. It works just fine.
Cheers, Duffy

Thanks, Duffy! Finally the chaos makes sense. I don't want a ton of eBay transactions on my bank statements as well so I just changed everything to a weekly deposit schedule.
Just one question left - many times I pay for items via PayPal. How is that gonna work now when all the money will go directly to my bank account?
Thanks again,
Mike.

You can transfer money into Paypal from any bank account you have just like always and can still use Paypal to purchase.

you can link your bank account to paypal and just use paypal as a payment service - you don't have to even transfer money unless you want. that is what i do.
