I'm not sure how prevalent this will become - but I had a Customer pay for an order but indicate concern about incorporating into her household. I went ahead and refunded - better now than latter. Of course, the PayPal processing fee was not returned. Any idea if they will be revamping their procedures in light of the current situation.

This is PayPals new policy. You will not get it refunded.

On the other hand, I could find no reference to this change on PayPal's website. Maybe someone else can weigh in on it?
