Pay to list first

You have sold stuff, going by your feedback as a seller, nothing has change in that regards.

No profit is what is left over after you pay all the fees +.30 and subtract your cost of items sold.

That depends on a few factors. Listing upgrades are charged whether the item sells or not. Your question is too broad. The short answer is that final value fees are charged after the sale, but other fees can be charged upfront.

if you have fee listings then thats great but when they run out,for me its around 30 cents insertion fee

you can have many accounts and just use all the free listings

I get 250 free auctions a month and thousands of free GTC but I dont use GTC  much

No offense, but If you're seriously asking this question, you have no business selling anything.

I would read and understand ebay's terms of service before selling somthing.

If you have any specific questions, please come back.

Good luck!
