eBay has ripped me off for over $100.00. You must be so proud!  You system sucks to the max.  Especially your support system.  I’ve order a lot of things from you but have never ever been so **bleep** as I am about this No, No , No I don’t have the numbers you will eventually demand of me.  One was ordered last December, the rest this January.  I will NOT, Repeat Will not do business with you via customer support.  It’s the biggest joke on the planet!  You can ONLY contact me via email.   Absolutely no other way. BTW, you most likely keep my $100.00 as your boss needs it more than me! I suggest you get off your lazy, incompetent butts and do something about this, before I contact my friend about your scams.  Believe me I have many friends

Sorry, not going to email you but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that perhaps you and eBay are not going to be a match.

You can contact eBay by phone. On the contact page just click "phone contact" and eBay will call you at the number that is on file in about 5 minutes. When you are on the phone with eBay it is very important that you stay calm and be polite. Losing your temper won't accomplish anything.

@lohof_29

For what it's worth, you can set up 2-way email communication with good eBay C/S Reps beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. It's so easy that I agree that there is absolutely no other way! Good luck.

"Your system sucks to the max."

First of all, let me clarify something:  When you post here, you're not addressing eBay or its employees.  These Boards are composed  entirely of fellow eBayers, both buyers and sellers, who volunteer their time here to help others.  We are in no way responsible for any complaints you have about eBay and its management.

Secondly, presuming you are a buyer, eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is very helpful should a transaction go wrong.  The catch is that the buyer has to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.

Finally, you have not offered much information about whatever problem you are having.  If you will return to this thread and offer details, we would like to help, if we can.

Just curious, what friend do you plan to contact who will handle this for you?

It is not our system that  "sucks to the max"

We are not ebay. YOU must me proud to call all of us lazy. You never ordered anything from us.

No, No , No I don’t have the numbers you will eventually demand of me.

Believe me...... I will not demand a **bleep** thing from you.

I will NOT, Repeat Will not do business with you via customer support.

Customer support does not sell anything for you to do business with.

You can ONLY contact me via email. Absolutely no other way.

Well THAT will never happen. You cant ask us to violate ebay policy. And that is creepy of you to expect that we do such.

I suggest you get off your lazy, incompetent butts and do something about this

I'm not lazy or incompetent.. I suggest you actually READ ebay policies.

before I contact my friend about your scams. Believe me I have many friends

I think you are fibbing on that part.

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!

You did not provide a lot of details on how you were "ripped off" but since I see nothing sold under this account I am going to assume you were ripped off as a buyer. Given the eBay money back guarantee protection the buyer has it is almost impossible for a seller to rip off any buyer. If you provide a little more detail on how you were "ripped off" maybe some of us on this forum can provide a few suggestions.

As an FYI pretty much agree that the call in customer support for eBay is pretty much useless at the moment however there are other options available which a few other posters have already mentioned.

Totally agree. The MBG is iron-clad for buyers when used properly. I've heard of claims being botched, though.
@lohof_29... where did you go wrong?

I have a lot of friends also, but I wouldn't go around telling them I lost money because I didn't know what to do if a transaction went bad.

You want to come back and let us know what happened and see if we can help you?

Have a great day.

Call in customer support is basically useless these days. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone regardless of whether it is the truth or not. OP would likely get better comments/suggestion from this forum than they would from CS.

EBAY lost $98,000.000 last year I'm told, without your $100.00, it would have been $98,000,100
