looks like in their infinite wisdom their have been changes in the packing slip format. Previously you could print the packing slip on a half page of copy paper. It now requires a full page. May seem insignificant but definitely a waste of paper and natural resources. Am I wrong?

I just printed 5 and they looked exactly the same as they always have?

There are two different formats of packing slip; it depends on which link you followed and from which page. I print mine from the Sold Items page of my Seller Hub via the Print Shipping Label link, which gives me the 1/4-page format (after which I print the shipping label itself on the remaining part of the sheet). I think the full-page one you're seeing comes from the bulk shipping page or possibly elsewhere.

I don't print any packing slips, just the shipping label. I have not had a single complain from my buyers not getting a packing slip. Good luck on your selling journey.

Both the simple (from the create label page), or the detailed (from the bulk shipping page) packing slip, will scale easily. I print my packing slips on a 4"x6" label printer.
