I received a package back in the mail with an attachment from the postal service saying address was wrong/insufficient. I contacted the buyer and they still want the item. How do I charge for postage to send again? Thanks for any help!

There is no way to do this thru eBay unfortunately. When this happened to me in the past, I sent the buyer a Paypal invoice for the shipping amount and they paid that way.

What did the buyer say when you told them the address you shipped to? Did they agree the address was wrong?

yes sort of......... they said they have received many packages with that address and don't know why this one wasn't delivered, but they still wanted it.

You are allowed to ask the buyer for their email address because you just had a transaction. Once you have that you can send them an invoice via PayPal for a second label. Best of luck to you....

Have you googled the address to see what comes up? If it shows as a valid address, you can state your case to your local PO that they deemed the package undeliverable, yet it is a valid address. They should re-attempt again. You can also verify with their local PO by phone as well.

This has happened to me before.
Try and get the buyers paypal email address.
It can be tricky at times because the ebay message system will sometimes try to block it,
but it can be done.
Then send the buyer a paypal request for the additional postage.

PayPal as mentioned. But can also just refund minus shipping and have them but it again after verifying the address.
