PC vs Ipad info

'I have multiple listings on eBay, that have a very negative single seller feedback. Communications with the buyer have proved not affective. When I look up the item on my pc, that negative feedback is not there, that is of the 3 shown. There are 19 total feedbacks. After relisting the item, through AutoDs, the negative feedback is still there on my iPhone, the first of 3. There are 16 feedbacks, total. I made some changes to the listing on AutoDs, prior to the relist. Those changes show up on both the pc and the phone. The negative feedback is still on my phone, but not on my pc. My question is, aside from getting the buyer to change his feedback, is there another way to relist and have the current 3 feedbacks show up in the listing, on my phone as it does on my pc?

I'd be less worried about the feedback and more worried about getting suspended for dropshipping from Amazon and probably other sites which is not allowed.

I appreciate your insight, and am trying to accomplish exactly that.  Is there a fix for different ways apple and PC users see the listing?

Looking at the listing, the shipping is correct, it's just on a search page where it was different.

I don't use Apple products, just Android, so I don't know what it's like on an Apple device.

Not sure why it shows different shipping on the search page, then it does on the listing page and don't know if there's a fix for it or not?
