The seller lives in Europe and bought an item for 30.00 and asked me to write the price as 10.00 on the shipping label. I explained to them that I can't do that because it's illegal to change the value of the item to avoid customs fees, they paid anyway, and once it delivered they got angry at me for not changing the price. They claim nothing would've happened if I had changed it, it's all my fault yadda yadda.
So my main question is, if they leave me a negative feedback for this, will eBay remove it if I call them since they asked me to break the rules to save them a couple bucks?

* The BUYER lives in Europe, Not me (the seller). I can't edit the message now so I'll put that correction here.

It's hard to predict what FB is removable but in this case it is certainly worth the try.

I think it would depend on what kind of feedback they left. If it were to say something directly about you not willing to change the item value, then most likely it would be removed. Almost anything else ebay would say was the buyers opinion. But it's always good to try and call customer service and ask. Whenever I get asked to change the value on custom forms by a buyer, I always tell them sorry, ebay automatically puts the value of the items and I can't change it. Not totally true but the buyer will usually accept this as a valid reason.

If they mention your refusal to falsify the customs form in the feedback, I believe that qualifies for removal as they are demanding an item or service that is not in your listing.

Save the messages from the buyer about this. If feedback is less than (+) their demands may be able to be sort of linked to their dissatisfaction even if they do not directly reference it in feedback if you get the right CSR.
