My eBay listings are not ending when they run out of stock, they stay active with zero quantity. The out-of-stock option is NOT checked under selling preferences. I also cannot bulk end the listings with zero quantity (check multiple, click actions -> end) as it gives me the error:
- This feature cannot be used with this item because the listing has ended.
eBay customer service did not have an answer for me. Any ideas?
