Orders awaiting shipment report only showing one line item per order

At some point in the past week or so, the orders awaiting shipment report stopped showing all of the line items in each order, and now only shows a single line item, regardless of the number of items in the order.

 

Even if I run a report for all orders, I still get only one line item per order.

 

I have reported this to customer service, but I'm guessing the issue has already been reported, so I don't have my hopes up for a quick fix.

 

Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue, and if so, are you aware of a workaround to get a report showing all line times?

 

I'm finding this highly annoying at the moment!
