Can someone see what it is that I am adding wrong on these Order Details Payment summaries? I have several also seem to be miscalculated.
When I total up all the numbers I have a different number. I am off a penny and can not see where. Maybe my calculator needs to be recalibrated?

Something was probably rounded off to the nearest cent.
I guess a penny saved is a penny earned. No pun intended...but had to say it.

Lol, you are correct and ebay has failed basic math.

If you notice, ebay's calculation of order earnings does not add to $11.56-it should add to $11.55 based on the numbers shown. When you have FVF of 13.6% or whatever, there is bound to be some rounding issues.

Last year I had a heck of time trying balance the 1099K with the Order Details because of these rounding errors. All of the different reports available were off so I made everything agree with the entries in the 1099K Detail Report. I am trying to have better documentation this year but I already have six errors.

eBay fee calculations have always been to 3 decimal places, before Managed Payments when we had monthly invoices there was a notice on the invoice that rounding was used but it never amounted to more than 1 (possibly 2?) cents on a month of sales, The rounding could be either a plus or a minus.

That is what I noticed last year. I found many rounding and it could be plus or minus. This year I know to just use the 1099K Detail Report and make the plus or minus adjustments as to how it is recorded on that report.
