Optional listing upgrade fees

Hello,

I have been charged so far $257 for an optional listing upgrade fee. My current listings do have promotions and the international  fee of .50 but I can’t seem to figure this out. I downloaded my report and the fees are only displaying the .50 on some of my listings. Customer service said it’s an international fee but this doesn’t seem accurate. May I have some assistance? Thank you much

Did you have a Reserve on an auction, Subtitles or Gallery Plus on any of your listings? Those things could add up.

 Check out the Payments tab in Seller Hub and click ALL TRANSACTIONS on the left. Then scroll through to see all the fees and you will see which item/transcation they are associated with.

You could also look at your monthly statement.

This link shows you what listing upgrades incur fees and the listing form will show you any fees charged upfront before you submit the listing. $257 is likely due to a reserve. It's been several weeks so hopefully you figured it out by now.
