If I understand your question..
if you opt-out of EiS, your original settings are still intact...
be aware, though, that EISS (Ebay International Standard Shipping) is being discontinued as has GSP..if those options were in your settings, you 'may' have to replace them with something....
if there are no international options, and you are opted out of EiS, then NO International Shipping Options should appear on your listing.
If you had international options and are not opted out, YOUR selections should still be visible/available, because EiS ONLY becomes available when you offer no international options and are opted "in"...
If you had international options and are opted out...your prior international options should be visible in the listing (assuming they were not EiSS or GSP)
now you should be totally confused LOL.....
