I ask other Ebayers and they say they didn’t have a problems listing any of the doterra oils .?? Anyone have idea what’s going on

Perhaps the others have an arrangement with the company, dōTERRA, to sell their products on-line instead of through the usual person-to-person sales which includes "enrolling [the buyers] in the doTERRA wellness lifestyle":
