I did not get an adult happy meal.  DS sold the Pokemon ones on a different site and did REALLY well with those.  Especially if you have all the series - I think he sold 6 total sets and also some Pikachu singles.

What I'm thinking is why didn't I buy a 2007 1st generation iphone and keep it unopened when the 2nd iphone came out.

What really irritates me is that I didn't invest in IBM, Microsoft, Apple, and a few other firms-of-interest back when they, and I, were just starting out.  Brokerage fees probably would have eaten most of whatever I could have invested - they didn't have internet-based free brokerage services back in the mid-80's.  🙂

Did your son save the boxes like I told him to? My late neighbor saved all his kids happy meal toys when they were young. He claimed that if he would have saved the boxes they all would have been worth more. I only wish I could see what he did save!

We did not save the Happy Meal boxes.  Lol

We do have a bunch of DS's dups in a happy meal bucket in the garage.  Doubt that means much now.  Lol

The Pokemon ones were popular!  One of DS's HS buddies is a McD's manager.  He sells the toys also.  It is a "thang" for sure - no way they are getting $300k for a set of 4!  Lol

Mywish-I-hadn't-sold list includes a 1964 Corvair, 1976 Mustang II Cobra with custom rims, and my 1987 Mustang GT with T-tops.  My computers?  I still have most of the early ones...that's one of my storage issues.  🙂
