Offshore support is a nightmare

I have spent 2 hrs including hold time trying to get a simple problem fixed. Offshore people know 90 % less about their company than I do. Top Rated,,,power seller. What is your experience ?

Offshore support is a nightmare

I have found that calling in the morning US time gets you a US representative. I have had some experiences with Offshore reps. that were good and not so good, but in all honesty I have to say the same for the US representatives.

I live on the east coast.. I find I can only get US reps after 11 or 12 eatern time. I totally do not agree with you. US reps are far more educated than the children of the Phillipines !

US Customer service is based out of Utah.  So best to call during business hours and business days for Utah to increase your chances of getting a US CSR.

I use the Help section for a call back and usually do the request mid morning during the week. I live on the East Coast. Have always gotten a call back in less than an hour and it is always a US rep. But the last few were stationed in Florida and Georgia (my phone shows the State and I also verify with the Rep what State they are in).

I agree, I like the call back option.  That works great for me every time.  As for the other states, that is terrific information.  That could be, but I don't know, due to the hiring of some work from home CSRs.

I haven't had to call in 3-4 years, but always hope for offshore help because they don't recognize that Cliff is not a female name; no way my husband could explain whatever the issue is, so just easier to identify myself as Cliff.
