I have received an offer for an item I am selling, however when I click on the "Accept Offer" icon, the screen keeps returning to "Accept Offer," instead of acknowledging my acceptance. What is wrong?

Hard to say @hgurl1193 - have you tried using a different browser, using the app instead of the website (or vice versa)? Sometimes that's all it takes to get around a temporary issue like this.

It will be a process of elimination to determine if it is something other than a glitch?  

Is the person/ID that made the offer still a registered user?

Great. If it was an issue with the browser you might try clearing your eBay cache.
