After I have made an offer to buyer where can I go to review the offer?  None of the offers I have made show up in my sent messages.  Is there another place they are stored?

Are you using the Seller Hub, or the My eBay pages?

The My eBay "Classic All Selling" page does allow you to view the offer history of each active item listing. Not sure about the Seller Hub version, as I don't use it - but many others do, and one will surely reply here if needed.
