I just sent some offers by clicking "Send offers - eligible (number)".
I chose a few items to send offers for. Yes, one at a time. I don't want to send them to all my items. I'm going to delete a few items instead of parking them on eBay forever.
Anyway, once I sent them, the item disappeared from the list and a little pop up said that the offer was sent.
However, one did not do that so I thought I forgot to hit the button to actually send the offer.
I tried it again, and it was still on the list and I never got the pop up.
Turns out, that item is in someone's shopping cart. Is that why I'm not able to send the offer?
Is my only recourse to delete the listing and relist it at the offer price? I don't know how long it's been in a shopping cart, and have no way of knowing whose shopping cart it's in. I'd be happy to make them the same offer, but I don't think I can.
Ideas?

I suppose another tactic would be to lower the price (of the live listing) and see if that catches your user's eye. Good luck.

Also it could be a tech issue. When I send offers only about 1% now actually go thru to the sent offer screen. eBay diddled with it again a month or so ago and ever since it's been screwed up.

🤣 Well, derp! I feel pretty dumb for not realizing that.
I'll give it a shot. Thank you!
