Buyer said that i didnt send her a original scentsy wall diffuser, told me it was something else and that i lied about what i was selling and tricked her, then said i was rude and i lie as a seller when bottom line,i sold her a original scentsy warmer and i can prove it by looking on here and finding many still in the box with the name scentsy, then said she wanted a refund which all my item have full refund set up through ebay if your not happy, then she started return over a week ago but has never sent it to me because im tracking progress on ebay for the return, then she puts negative feedback on me telling everyone that can read it when viewing my feedback that im a horrible seller,i lie and im rude,i went to ebay to have this offensive feedback removed and ebay says they wont remove it and the seller has a right to there opinion, really,so all the hard work i do on ebay to keep my DSR,s up and be an outstanding seller since april of 2000 when i started,im suppose to just let this stay and make me look bad, this is a lousy policy through ebay since they want to leave feedback like this to a seller that really tries hard on here to sell,i feel this is so unfair that buyers can stomp and walk all over a seller and get away from it when they have never tried to sell on ebay, and say whatever offensive matter on a feedback and get away with it,i do believe it is time for me to quit selling on here due to horrible policy that ebay has carried out towards sellers and resort to another online selling site that has to have a better platform than what ebay standards are, this whole issue is about keeping buyers happy and making sellers miserable, without use sellers, there will be less to buy on ebay which means buyers will go someplace else since ebay does not have what a buyer wants because sellers got mistreated and left on ebay!

Ignore it. Some buyers be crazy and you can't reason with crazy. If you get a return, refund the money and hope for a better buyer next time. If you don't, move on and sell stuff.
I had a buyer leave negative feedback stating that she was not going to pay return shipping, even though we offer free 30-day returns. LOL
Let it flow over you, take a deep breath and move one. 😀

Wow that buyer sure went overboard didn't she? Your plug in wax melt is a Scentsy product, I can see the cursive S right on it. It's hard to deal with people like that but look at all the wonderful other buyers you've had. Don't let this one get under your skin and don't leave ebay because of her, then she wins!

You really want to quit over one negative feedback?
Wait to see what the buyer does and whether or not they return anything before replying to the feedback, and when you do reply, make sure you've cooled down first.
If they return it in the same condition:
Product is Scentsy brand as advertised. Buyer was offered a refund upon return if not satisfied.
If they don't return it:
Product is Scentsy brand as advertised. Buyer was offered a refund upon return if not satisfied. Buyer wanted to keep the item.
If they return it altered, as a TRS you can deduct a portion of the refund in line with the damage and the neg FB will be removed.

Actually, you should report the buyer for abusing the returns process. You might even have a shot at getting the neg removed if you cite the report.

Most buyers seem to think 95% FB is just jim-dandy, so one neg won't hurt you at 99%.
If a buyer decides to actually read your feedback, that one sounds nutty, and all your others are positive.
Put her on your Blocked Bidders List.
Ignore any Messages you may get from her.
If she returns the item, refund without communication.
And remember she has to live with her miserable self, you don't.
It's business, not personal.

Anyone looking at your feedback will see that you have a lot of great, positive feedback from really happy buyers. One neg from someone who is shrill and belligerent will be shrugged off by sensible buyers, and sensible buyers are the ones you want.
At some point, you can respond to it in the ways -wastingtime- suggested: Calm. Factual. Professional. It's business, not personal.

I agree,im taking this too personal, but i dont agree with ebay allowing such harsh words on a feedback,i have never had such horrible words thrown at me like that, and ebay says its ok,they have a right to express there opinion, over time im cooling off over this whole issue

Just remember - online you don't just deal with your own village idiot, but everybody else's village idiots, too.

Looking at that first 25 feedback I see a great seller, 24 grateful customers, and one impossible-to-please putz. Sorry this happened but you're still lookin good~
If a Starbucks is full of happy people (except Ashley, who is having a tantrum), then Ashley got all the attention but not for good things...

Only you and your buyer know what was in the box that was shipped to your buyer.
You have absolutely no way of "proving it" to anyone else.
That is simply a reality for a mail order business.
